Save from anywhere
One site, four ways in. All of them save to the same place.
1. Desktop Chrome extension
- Download rigbye-links-extension.zip and unzip it.
- Open
chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode. - Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped folder.
- Open the extension options and paste your admin token.
Then use the toolbar button, right-click → Save to Rigbye Links, or Alt+Shift+S.
2. Android (installable app + share sheet)
- Open rigbye.co.uk in Chrome.
- Menu → Add to Home screen / Install app.
- Open the app once and paste your admin token when prompted.
- From any app, tap Share → Rigbye Links.
Android Chrome is the only browser that supports Web Share Target, so install the app there even if you normally use another browser.
3. iPhone / iPad shortcut
- Open the Shortcuts app → +.
- Add Get URLs from Input (set Receive to URLs from Share Sheet).
- Add Get Contents of URL: URL
https://rigbye.co.uk/api/links, method POST, headerAuthorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN, request body JSON withurlset to the URLs variable. - In the shortcut settings, enable Show in Share Sheet and accept URLs.
Then share any page → Rigbye Links. Full walkthrough in
docs/ios-shortcut.md.
4. Bookmarklet (any browser)
Drag this to your bookmarks bar, or save it as a bookmark on mobile:
It opens the save page with the current URL and title filled in. You still need to have entered your token in that browser once.
Bookmarklet code
javascript:(()=>{const u=encodeURIComponent(location.href),t=encodeURIComponent(document.title);window.open('https://rigbye.co.uk/add?url='+u+'&title='+t,'_blank')})()
